197: REPLAY Get Quiet!

Maybe what you need right now is to just get quiet and listen to what is in your head and on your heart?! I understand we don't have control of our initial thoughts so when you get quiet there might be some garbage or things that don't serve you...BUT there are some honest truths that you need to listen to.  There might be some things that you can unpack. Just get curious and listen- when you're driving, in the morning before others are awake, before bed, meditate, when you're feeding the baby, take a long bath...wherever and whenever you can! I just encourage you to get quiet and listen to yourself.
