174: REPLAY- A challenge going into the holiday season!

I've got a challenge for you to kind of help you get your mind right as we head into the holiday season! Try a daily gratitude practice! Maybe that sounds like too much. Ok, let me make it more simple...at the end of the day, simply write down 5 things you were grateful for from the day. It shouldn't take but a couple of minutes.

Our brains are awesome! They just need a little training to focus on the right things sometimes ;)
